Terms & Conditions

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions herein. Please read these carefully before proceeding with your order.

All prices are non-negotiable.  Prices are subject to change if modifications are made to the order.  Prices may vary depending on costs of special ingredients, fuel price increases, or other factors.

• Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance of the required collection date.
• Orders placed with less than 2 weeks' notice will incur a $50 rush fee, if accepted.
• Rush orders are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
• Bloom & Buttercream reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.

• For large events and special orders, a deposit of 50% is required to reserve the date.
• Inquiry dates will be held for 24 hours only. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

• All orders are for collection only. Delivery services are not available at this time.
• Customers must notify Bloom & Buttercream if they cannot pick up their order at the agreed-upon date and time.
• Collection times are as follows:
  
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Cakes and cupcakes should be transported on a flat surface, such as the passenger floorboard. It is advised to use cool air during transport to prevent buttercream from melting.  Drive with care to prevent cakes or cupcakes from tipping over and/or sliding around.

Each order is inspected for damages before customer collection.  Once collected, it is assumed that the customer is satisfied with their order.  Bloom & Buttercream is not liable for any damages that occur after collection.

• Consume cakes and cupcakes within 1-3 days for maximum freshness.
• Store cakes and/or cupcakes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 
• Buttercream may stain; handle and consume with care.

All cakes and cupcakes are handmade, and slight variations in flavor, color, size, design, and texture may occur.  While we strive to meet customer expectations, we do not guarantee exact replicas of any work, including our own.

Bloom and Buttercream reserves the right to advertise, replicate and sell customer-designed bouquets, boxes and other arrangements.

Some cakes and/or cupcakes may contain inedible decorations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these are removed before consumption.

• All orders are non-refundable once placed.
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the collection date will forfeit the 50% deposit. Any additional payment will be refunded as a voucher.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before collection will forfeit all payments.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of booking due to errors (e.g., failure to read delivery area, calendar availability, or ordering mistakes) will incur a $10 refund processing fee.
• If Bloom & Buttercream must cancel an order, all payments will be refunded in full.
• Orders not collected within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be resold or disposed of, with no refunds provided.

• Bloom & Buttercream reserves the right to photograph all baked goods for advertising purposes.
• Customers may request photographs or messages to be shared on social media on a particular date.

All cakes and cupcakes remain the property of Bloom & Buttercream until paid for in full.
