Bloom & Buttercream is a home-based bakery located in Brandon, Mississippi and is not subject to Mississippi's food safety regulations.

Bloom & Buttercream does not ship.

At this time, Bloom and Buttercream orders are for pick up only.

We strive to use locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible to ensure the highest quality and freshness.  All of our products are made entirely from scratch.  No boxed cake mixes here!

Bloom & Buttercream does not offer gluten-free or vegan and does not cater to any dietary restrictions.

Bloom & Buttercream adheres to a strict planning schedule and requires orders to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. No Exceptions.

Bloom & Buttercream considers all orders final once placed.  Any modifications may incur additional charges, if accepted.  Cancellations may be refunded if an order is cancelled within the first twenty-four (24) hours of placing.  Please be advised that refunds will be issued at 95% to cover any transaction fees.

Bloom & Buttercream uses American buttercream.

Bloom & Buttercream offers pre-orders for special occasions and will advertise orders for presale 2 to 3 weeks prior to any special occasion holidays.

Orders of 100 cupcakes or more are considered as large orders and are priced individually based on your specific needs. Please contact us directly for customized pricing and availability details.
